"It’s a tragedy, but at the end of the day it’s charging a very young person with one of the most serious crimes we have," Minger said. "But I just think it needs to be done at this point, for finality." A man holding an infant hostage on Friday morning started an apartment fire when police arrived on the scene, according to law enforcement. A NINE-year-old boy cried in court as he was charged with the murder of his five relatives who burned to death in a horrific house fire.
